George Foster, Cincinnati Red’s outfielder and 1977 National League MVP, was one of the most feared right-handed sluggers. He was a key piece of the Big Red Machine and in 1977 achieved career highs with 52 home runs,149 RBIs, 124 runs score, a .320 batting average, and a .631 slugging average.
